Location: Gloucester
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Sales Engineer:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identifying business opportunities and following up on leads

• Understanding technical requirements and presenting tailored solutions

• Preparing quotes, proposals and negotiating terms

• Working closely with technical and operational teams

• Attending client meetings and industry events to represent the business

Key Skills of a Graduate Sales Engineer:

• A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (mechanical engineering is preferable) 

• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness

• A confident, motivated and proactive approach

• The ability to understand and explain technical products and services

• Excellent time management and organisation skills

• Full UK driving licence is essential

Sales experience is a bonus but not essential – full training will be provided for the right graduate with a passion for learning, a consultative approach and an interest in developing a career that combines technical understanding with commercial delivery.
